front suspension lower arm ball joints
steve, August 2008
replace them! ,go to german, french swedish(type this into google) to get replacement part (cheaper for you to buy the parts £25 each maybe a little less)these are a bit tricky so get yourself a haynes manuel(£10-£15),or book your car in to a local garage shouldnt take long to do, max including parts£100.until u get these sorted you can still drive about but not too fast especally cornering. hope this helps. (its not a major job just fidgity but you need to be sure what you are doing read the manual as this will help talk you through things)

get the whole wishbones m8.the ball joints are pressed in & nightmare to do without a press.saying that though if you do get the wishbones you will need to buy the bushes that go on the back of the wishbone cause they dont come with new ones & if you try & fit the old one to the new wishbone they will rip apart.either way you need a press or a big hammer & a lot of arsing about
