my washing machine won't pump water into the drum, on a cycle it won't rinse at all leaving the softner in the draw, it dosen't empty or rinse, the clothes are left soaking wet.

Hi lee-anne, it looks as if the machine doesn't do much at all.I would need the model number.If you take the wooden plinth away,on the right there is a model number.It will say APM8552 etc.
If you turn the machine on and it will not fill,drain or spin but the door locks,then it is more than likely the module.I would need the model number to advise the part number to you.If there is water in it but will not drain,then the filter could be blocked or the pump is faulty.There are quite a lot of variables so please if you can resend with as much info as possible,I will try to narrow it down for you.All the best.
