no reverse gear on renault traffic 2003 model?

the lincage at the gear stick end looks ok if its the gear box end can this be done without taking gear box out van in question is sl27dci100

could be gear linkage under the van. I had no reverse on my van a leyland daf got new gear linkage from a leyland daf outlet and changed it. Hope this is of help
