where is the fuel filter on my s reg petrol engine?

have put wrong fuel in my car!! have to drain it through the fuel filter please help me

well tracy, I don't know the make of your vehicle but the fuel filter should be in either of two places. you should look under the right side of the vehicle just infront of the rear tire. if it is not there than look for the fuel line as it comes out of either the fuel rail where the fuel injecters are attached or the side of the carburetor where the fuel line coms into the carburetor unit.

And what shall you do with the wrong fuel when you have got it out? The job that you are describing is probably not legal if you are in the UK and need so be done by a specialist firm with disposal facilites.
