Tried code but all of keypad dead, removed front panel and internal and external alarms sounded. Eventually turned power off for alarm connection to mains and removing replacing red lead to batterys stopped the alarms. Power to alarm mains connection still off but display panel showing all zones lit with power and day not lit. Please advise corrective action. thanks

I think that with this one you need to do exactly what you already did, remove battery lead and mains supply for about half an hour, then re-connect battery, alarm will sound, press reset then the factory code enter. i cant remember what it is try 0123 or 1234 or 9999, i am sure its one of those then reconnect mains
