how can i fix my radio dewalt dc011?

working fine used it on daily basis, then one day no sound. everything else still works, lcd display lights up, still tunes and charges batterries. have changed AA batterries in radio, also checked fuses all ok. how could this be sorted?

Is it in Warranty? if so call 01543 275048 authorised repair agent who offers free collection/return with proof of warranty. Can also advise on cost of repair if out of warranty

I work for a Dewalt factory authorized dealer and we don't even touch the radios when they don't work. We have to send them directly to Dewalt and they will either replace it for you (if under warranty) or possible repair for you.
Not an easy fix....sorry.
