Disabling the code on my Ford RDS 5000 radio/cassette?

Hi,
I do have the code for the device so thats okay, but Im using it in a machine with no permanent 12 volts. Therefore, I need to enter the code on each startup which I cant! Is there a means to disable the code completely?
