Zanussi jetstream 1200 keeps stopping mid cycle and shows e20 and beeps?
What does E20 mean? How can I get it fixed..is there a Zanussi customer service department in Dublin?
Machine is new but I can't find the manual/guarantee. Bought in Power City.
I just had a repairman out for an E20 fault. What a waste of £51.75. Apart from checking the filter is clear of lint etc make sure you do the same for the outflow pipe wherever that leads to. Mine was blocked where the outflow pipe was plumbed into, Simple job.

e20 is related to the drain pump blocked or the drain pipe kinked or blocked, simply undo the screw cape at the bottom right and side and check for any foreign objects (coins, snot rags or jam rags).

On mine i have to empty the filter at the bottom.... but be careful cos it holds a lot of water. I flooded the kitchen the first time

Clean the fluff filter, bottom right hand corner. Don't forget to put a tray underneath to catch the water. Unscrew slowly, drain the water and clean out the filter. Have fun.
