rubber dirty due to water retention?

the rubber linning is retaining water after washing is done and causing a mould growth on it now the whole rubber is getting dark in colour and after each wash the clthes when touch with the rubber is getting dirty

mould is caused by lots of LOW temperature washes do a service wash at 95 deg NO CLOTHES ADDED but a good dose of NEAT BLEACH once a month.
You could wipe the door seal with NEAT BLEACH but if the mould has eaten into the rubber a new seal is needed . If you fit a new one when the wash is finished WIPE OUT THE EXCESS WATER leave door slightly open along with the soap drawer to create a A-I-R F-L-O-W
