05 Vauxhall Corsa 1.3 CDTI OIL IN WATER!?????

What's wrong with my 2005 Vauxhall Corsa 1.3CDTI? There is loads of oil in the water, it has filled the rad, header tank etc, what a mess!! I have removed the oil cooler/filter housing to check the O rings they looked good. I have not been able to pressure check the cooler. I have also removed the cylinder head and there are no signs of any problems there either. I have sent the cyl head to be pressure checked. Just wondered if anyone can help me trace this problem please!?

06 combo pure sump oil in water tank and pooled on road , changed the oil cooler to no benefit. Head may be next???

Seems to be common prob. I found thick black oil filled water overflow tank. Not milky oil, straight from sump to tank and pooled on roadway?

I had the same problem too! It turned out to be the oil cooler. After changing it 6 months ago I have absolutely no problems.

It is almost always a cracked or warped head you may not see the crack have it pressure tested its about £20.00 to do it.

It was the oil cooler leaking! Still putting back together at the mo.
