some models have 2 sensors to reset just push a pin in the back of the sensor (where the spades are) on the one which face is able to push in and out. It takes a bit of pressure and i had to wiggle it from the front at the same time.

HI, just had the same problem , took the cover off to see , found the thermisters pressed with a pin , bang on ideal worked first time.

There is a reset. Remove the heater element cover and above the element you will see 3 round thermisters. One of these (an end one) has a small hole in the back. Press a pin into this and you shound hear a small click.
