wot hav u tried to fix it. it should hav a electronic speedo on that year so will be powered up by a fuse number 7 if i remember rightly it shares the same fuse as the stop lights so if it keeps blowing youve either got a problem with the rear bulb holders or the wiring that runs to the speed sensor on top of the gearbox bellhousing
