Hi just checked the internet there and your bike is fitted with an electronic speedo rather than a mechanical speedo(Earlier GSX600f)
The main Pick up contact is mounted on the front sprocket cover casing, remove the contact and clean up,(make sure contact on Front sprocket is still intact) make sure all the multi-plugs are connected properly the only problems i've found with these is dirt and the actual contact being not bolted to the sprocket cover (being loose)
check all fuses and check connections in speedo head.
