It seem's to be working in every aspect in regards to it filling up with water and draining the water and taking the detergent the only thing it isnt doing is spinning the drum. i have had the motor checked and it is fine and the belt is also fine. any ideas?????? its a Hotpoint first edition FEW12P

Have you checked your filter if that gets blocked it won't spin as the water wont be able to drain away.
