I had bought a used Wii Remote once that did what you were saying ... read up on it yourself... but here's what I'd try.
Put new batteries in all of the units , look at the little door on the front of the Wii unit that is for putting your SD card in .... in the area of the SD card reader area there is a button that is for syncing your remotes to the unit ... hit it . Take off the battery covers of the wii remotes after u hit this ... hit the sync button on them :)
