How do I remove the Drive Gear on my McCulloch MH542?

The drive gear on my McCulloch has stripped all the teeth. Does anyone know how to remove it from the plastic housing. There is a metal "cup" on the other end but I can't tell how it's attached

start from the bottom, where the blade is. remove the four/five screws. carefully remove all parts. i have had to change this part at least three times. it must be designed to break when say you hit a wire fence etc.

allen key required to remove gear. replace. now grease allparts with a high melting point type grease as anything will melt in less than a minute.
