how do I tension the main belt on my countax k14?

My boss has a countax k14. we bought a new belt today and fitted it, but how do we tension it?
Last one kept slipping off pully?

If you or your boss has internet access, go to the countax website at http://www.countax.co./uk/ctx.com and they should have the routing diagram you need and the instructions on how to tension the belt on the machine in question. hope this helps you:
