oven cuts out when on for an hour or so,cleaned and lubricated fan by cntrol pcb,has since improved but problem still persists.Any ideas what this might be?

Fan runs ok but i dont think it starts as quick as it used to,i will try giving the fan a more thorough clean and maybe swap the grill stat with the oven stat[looks like they are wired in parallel.]

does the cooling fan run?.if not this could be the problem .also slow running fan will cause this fault
