You have two problems. First and foremost you are running Milennium [GET XP]!!! Second problem fix should be as follows; Click start, all programs, accessories, system tools, SYSTEM RESTORE. Click "SYSTEM RESTORE SETTINGS" and check the box "TURN OFF SYSTEM RESTORE ON ALL DRIVES" then click O.K.. This will erase the info in the restore file.
Turn off you computer, wait a few minutes then turn back on.
After a couple of days of running spyware and anti virus programs you can turn the restore option back on.
