I can't find the heater rheostat on my fiat ducato 1991?

The heater fan stopped working so I have checked the motor(ok) and the dashboard switch(ok) but I cant find the rheostat to check or replace that. Can anyone point me in the general direction

I have found it thanks to Croxdale service station Durham. It is screwed to the right underside of the heater motor cowel if anyone else is looking. It hasn,t solved my problem though. The fan still refuses to operate using the existing wiring but if I bypass the lot and plug the fan into the cigarette lighter, bingo it works. Very strange but I'll keep trying.
