forgot to add this.

I don't know if you can do downloads on the Australian site like you can on www.thetford.com, on that site you can download manuals and parts lists with exploded views and numbering of each part. worth a look.

I used google search engine here in UK and found that they not only have dealerships in Australia but also NewZealand. The Australia one email address is
info@thetford.com.au
If no joy try www.thetford.com and email them for details. Good luck
Give ya a tip before taking anything apart no matter what take a digital picture of each stage of opps and if you have problems or spare parts over on re-assembly you can see where you've gone wrong by the photo's.
