can i pull out the fuse in pass. compartment, the fuse is shunt and is on position no.1, can i do that?

Try fiddling with the connections under the passenger or drivers seat. The seat belt pre-tensioners are all connected to the air bag curcuit and when you move the seats backwards and forwards the plugs sometimes work loose, causing the airbag warning light to flash.
This happens on my 406 and my wifes xantia
