Allis Chalmers WD45 Hydraulic system?

My hydraulics were working great then I tried to add a front end loader. First I plumbed thru an extra hydraulic tank (stupid)then in to the t for the loader. Didnt work but rear arms worked. I disconnected all that then plumbed directly from remoted hydraulic arm in the back to the t for the loader. Now nothing works. I disconnected the hose to the loader and still no hydraulics. I filled up the hydraulic tank.
Help would be appreciated

Raise your rear arms and tie them up with a piece of wire. Run a hose from the rear hose connector to your front loader cylinders. You should not need an extra oil reservoir to make it work.

you need to put in a valve to run either the rear hydr. or the front hydr. the system isn't strong enough to run both at the same tim

Don't know the Allis Charmers system, but sometimes an "add on" front loader is powered from the trailer tipper pipe or connection, the latter fitted with a blanking plug if not piped up. To operate the loader(or tipper) a knob (below the seat on a Ford) is pulled out isolating the three point linkage and putting the h/d pressure to this other outlet.
Is your h/d pump internal, driven with the pto.?
A bit obvious, but if so could you perhaps have knocked it out of gear?
