this one is easy all you need to do is right click on my computer icon and choose properties, at the top click the automatic updates tab and where it says keep my computer upto date just untick it and click apply and all done

Click on your Start Button...
Then select SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL.
In the Control Panel double-click on the SYSTEM Icon.
When the System window opens select the AUTOMATIC UPDATES Tab.
In this tab you will find a checkbox. Make sure the statement "Keep my computer up to date." is not ticked.
Click Okay.
You're done.
