it might be that the dispencer draw is blocked from old hard washing power, , and when its in rinse mode, its not comeing up from the drum. but comming in from the mains into the drawer for the rinse, but some of the holes are blocked from hard power ect" and it cant get into the drum , so leaking back out , take the drawer out and wash it with very hot water, and pour some into the drawer opening , that what happined to mine , dry power"
