how to fix tumble dryer Zanussi TCE 7276W?

All lights correct but when start/pause button presses machine does not start. Found standing water at back behind condeser unit.

the start button breaks at the back.the part is called a push button diffuser and will need to be replace.very common problem as plastic breaks on spider bit.fascia and control panel have to be remove to fit new part.
