You need to set all three motors in the boot area to bottom dead centre, take each motor out, remove the cover, and move the main cog so that the arm is fully down, Thats the starting point, if there are no other issues (Wiring) the system will start up OK. Also check out a hr long stream on youtube showing how the full system works and how to set all the gaps and positions for both roof and boot
