I have a three year old whilrpool AWM 328 which has developed a problem where it stops mid cycle and won't drain. The pump seems to function properly when tested off the machine. Any ideas would be most gratefully received, cheers.
Thanks for that Alan, I have been told it could possibly be the brushes too, will do the check you suggest and see what happens.

Sounds like a program fault, Follow the wires from the pump to the program and messure if a voltage is being induced at the output, if not then you will have to check the components on the main pcb
