i have a 54 plate fiat punto?

hi. ive got the orange warning light on the dash telling me that a bulb has blown. ive checked and its the right rear light that has gone. having spent an hour taking out the rear seat belts to get to the light bulb and change it, i found that the bulb had not blown at all. i checked all the fuses in the fuse box(the small ones) and none of them had blown. does anybody know which fuse controls the rear lights because i cant even see it in the manual at all.

since taking the fuses out to check Ive also set the airbag warning lights of as well which now flash all the time. how do i fix this...

any help is very much appreciated.

im a women so not that good with cars im afraid. thanks everyone xxxxx
