rover clutch?

I have a clutch pedal on a 2001 rover 45 that is too high and is uncomfortable to operate, doen't seem normal, input please.....

Probably thrust bearing will need to be replaced

maybe hydrollic clutch, i had same problem with my 45.
mercanic did something by the pedal and fixed it 5 minuite job

If that happens on Corsas it's time for a new clutch. Probably the same with Rovers but I'm not sure.
