knocking noise ?

i have a 2000 toyota corolla and a few months ago i put new brakes on the front and back and rotors and now every time i apply the brakes it sound like some one knocking on a door its coming from the back

it might be the pads moving in the calliper when you touch the brakes.ive had this b4 with cheap pads.
