Potterton Profile 60e not firing?

My profile 60e is not firing - not clicking either.
Its a fully pumped system and the fan and (external) pump both start and stop as expected.

I was wondering if the boiler stat is normally open or normally closed, and if there's a way of testing the air pressure switch - blowing into it maybe?
Otherwise, I suspect the PCB...

Any thoughts or advice?
Cheers

Thanks for your thoughts Kieran.

When I disconnect and reconnect the (running) fan, no relay clicks can be heard.
No pipe kinks are evident.
When I gently blow into the top of the APS the fan stops.
When I blow a little harder, it starts again.
No sparks at any time.

Thoughts?

PS - its a fully pumped system.
PPS - there is some evidence of insulation damage on the ignitor silicon insulation.
PPPS - i found a Zener Diode with a dry joint on the PCB - resoldered it, but still no joy...

the fact the fan starts prooves the boiler stat. when the fan starts can you hear a click ? if no click the aps has not made , check the tubes arent kinked. if you hear a click pcb likely if no spark
