just check up laser unit carefully and clean original glass. if you not a technician plz call well trained technician u can help him to do this .... smile plz

E100 is a problem with the laser. It is most likley to be a simple thing. On the drum unit at the rear is a plastic peg. When you remove the drum this peg opperates a shutter to cut off the laser. This peg can get broken off.
This may also cure the other error code but if not you may have a problem with the main PCB or the dimms. You may need a trained technician.
