how can i fix my car fiat punto r reg?

its got petrol and the ecu goes out when i turn the car on if i have a blockage with the fuel where should i look and i have only sprayed the leads once

if you do have a fuel blockage the first thing to do is replace the fuel filter. what is wrong with the car? i.e. not starting
