how can i fix my d500?

when i turn it on when slid up it goes on to a white screen but when i turn it on when down i works ok. also when i have the phone on and i slide it up thre screen freezes.

can you help me if you can please

try to take the battery off and punch it.. then replace your battery.. see if it turns ok..
