Didn't known they still installed 12volt sockets.
If you are do the following but don't try any repairs if it's a new van get back to the dealer. you paid for something that should work not half work.
1.Check someone hasn't nicked the battery. Ensure terminal leads are connecte securely.
2.Check control panel turn on 12volt system and switch from car to caravan.
3.Check a 12volt light see if it comes on. If it does
4.Test the 12volt sockets with whatever your using in them. I never use them don't know what to connect to them except main/12volt tv. but knocks the battery out.
If sockets still don't work or any other 12volt system get back to the dealer and tell them the problem once you have carried out the above and are sure their is a fault. I do hope they are 12volt sockets as someone asked me why their sockets would work off the battery I explained it's because they are MAINS 230/40volts not 12volts, red faces that brouht on. The second on site was No lights no nothing on 12volts. when I checked they still had it switched to car after un-hitching.
