My Nissan Micra jumps out of 1st 3rd & 5th gear.
Can this be fixed or do I need a new gear box.
its a 1995 N reg 1ltr.

Hi i,d check your gear linkage and mountings.
It,s quite unusall for one of those gearbox,s to be jumping out of 1,3,and 5th.
I,ve never had one and it,s been the gearbox it,s always been the linkage or a broken mounting.
The gearbox,s do go wrong but they normally just jump out of 3/4 or jamm in 4th totally.
