carburettor vey cold at high speeds?

my gn 125h bike at high speeds rides, carburettor very cold
What is the cause of this? at the evening & morning time some Miss occurs, at the very cold carburettor inside water drop at pilot air jet block. this happens very low petrel consumption(30 km/per Litre) normally 45-48km/per litre how is correct

what you are explaining sounds like "carb icing" a common fault on bikes fitted with carburettors in cooler weather. the problem was fixed by the manufacturers fitting carb heaters or making some of the internals in plastic eg the sliders
