The drum is held on by a large nut, because the drum also contains the bearing. The nut is tabbed, so use a screwdriver to push the tab back, take the nut off, then use a puller if needed to get the drum off. You might be lucky and be able to get the drum off just by putting the wheel back on with a couple of road wheel nuts and using the wheel to pull the drum off. If you have done this and the drum is still tight, make sure the handbrake cable is released and pray the shoe isn't 'welded' to the drum. Worst case scenario is grinding the drum off.
