selector switch wont stop going round?

the selector switch on my indesit w103 wont stop going round it just goes clicks and goes round and round

Hi Peter, the selector is trying to find its way to the correct part of the programme.It may be the pump is jammed, heater o/c etc or possibly the module and e prom needs changing as faulty.Try the pump etc for faults and then try a reset at zero.All the best.
