clio dci 1.5 65 leaking oil?

Hi, got oil dripping from under my clio dci, looks to be coming from the gearbox? Could this be an easy fix or expensive problem? Its leaking quite a lot! Also the Service light is on the person i bought the car from told me that this is because the car is due for a service, is this correct? Thanks.

Ive had it on ramps and it isnt gearbox oil leaking.

I managed to trace where its coming from but im not sure what it is, its on the right rear of the block half way down the engine and it looks like an injector nut/bolt with a metal pipe going in to it that runs across the back of the engine, the nut is tight and i cant see how its leaking! but it seems to be seeping out where the pipe goes in to the bolt and only when the engine is running.. Do these bolts have a seal inside them? Maybe the seal has perished or something!?

Can anyone help me?

Thanks!
