brakes rover?

any ideas, rover 416 just had head gasket done. now got a problem with brake pedel going all the way down . will stop the car. even standing still the pedel travels all the way down. no lose of fluid.can,t see any splits in any pipes going to servo.

Servo/pipes test.Ign off, depress pedal hard 4 or 5 times and hold down the last press.while still holding down, start engine, downward movement should be felt.No movement means fault in servo or pipes or considering gasket change could be faulty inlet manifold gasket. If movement felt, then suspect air in brake lines.
