How do I restart my 1999 Renault Languna?

Drove car yesterday all was fine; engine will not turn over, wipers run slow, lights on dash - some on but dim. Starts from jump start, but once switched off it will not start! Battery is fully charged.... Any suggestions??
When it rains water seems to be leaking through sunroof seal and collects, it then drains down through the panel which holds the interior light - all fuses are fine.

Classic symptoms of a shot batery. How do u know it's fully charged?what are the voltage readings?Given what u state, the only other explanation is that u have faulty bat clamps that are somehow being tightened by the spring action of the jump leads, highly unlikely.the action of jump starting seems to solve all your problems, therefore, battery is at fault.Quite pos for bat to have 12v and show charge but have no cranking reserve.12v worth of torch bat's is 12v but still wont start your car.As for sun roof, there are drains in the corner of the recces, they're blocked, clear them out with compressed air or a thin stiff wire.
