My son broke his throttle cable on his 49cc mini dirtbike.I bought a new throttle cable and put it on but now when I start it the choke is stuck on full throttle. I have disconnected the throttle and started the bike but it still revs extremely fast. I have adjusted the manuel choke and the idle screw. What can I do to fix this problem?

carbs have a peg inside the body to engage the silde to stop them rotating,sounds like u have misfitted the slide.look down the intake and make sure the slide is ful ly closed.
