how do I change the front wheels on a murray self propelled lawn mower. do I have to replace the whole assembly or can I just take them off and put the new ones on?

Check your owners manual. If yuo do not have one you can go to Murray's website and download one. I believe you can just change the wheels without removing the assembly, but I have not worked on one of these recently. If you can e-mail me a model and serial number from the mower i can check
