Where can I buy lock linkage rod plastic retainers?

I need to repair my Fiat Doblo Tailgate locking mechanism. I need a new plastic retainer for the latch end of the linkage rod. Can I buy these separately somewhere? Dealer wants £41 for a complete assembly.
