hi my tumble dry is not tumbling, every thing else is working ok, what could it be and how do i fix it?

my indesit tumble dryer IS60V is not heating up, is it the thermostat or the heating element? Thanks.

Suspect the belt ? If not check inside the casing to see if anything obstructing the drum ? Remove the plug from mains supply first - turn the drum by hand with the lid and back off to see any obstruction ? Might be the drum bearing ? Check to see if you can find any movement - side to side or up and down - in the drum when stationary.
