How can I correct water leaking onto the floor from my Kenmore fridge?

My Kenmore refrigerator has a model no. 77292790 and a serial# of EG5114172. The freezer works fine but the fridge doesn't seem to be working. Also, there is always water collecting inside the fridge that flows out onto the floor. How can I fix this problem?

2003 Sears Kenmore Top Freezer Refrigerator(Frigidaire built)(Model#25363722300): Leaking water in refrigerator section in defrost cycle, Needs upgraded ferrule, part#240365901, replaced, worked great.

This part is used in the evaporator section, it tunnels the defrost water to the defrost drain in the back control panel trough, down through drain line to the bottom drip pan.

The complaint the customer will say is happening is that defrost water is dripping on the top glass shelf of the Refrigerator Section.

Hello,

It sounds like you may have a defrost problem. If water is collecting inside the fridge under the draws your defrost drain may be clogged with ice blocking your fridge from draining normaly.
