Vauxhall Astra Indicator lights?

My indicator/hazzard lights have just stopped blinking. They still come on but are constant. I'm new to driving but do not think it's a fuse as surely that would prevent them from coming on altogether? I have a 93 Vauxhall Astra 1.4 automatic
