How can I fix my Electrolux Zanussi Tumble Dryer TC 7103 W?

When I put the clothes in and switch it to dry for about an hour it goes through the whole program
but at the end the clothes are still wet and the air is
cool - no heat coming out at all. Does anyone know
what is wrong and how it can be fixed please?

the stat inside the drum has blown or the heater is faulty.you need a multimeter to test the continuity of these parts as visually they might look ok
